INTRODUCTION

Medicare is personal.

For me, this work has never been about simply helping someone select a health plan. It is about helping people understand their options, ask better questions, make informed decisions, and know they have someone in their corner when they need help.

As an independent Medicare broker, I work with individuals and families throughout Ohio—whether they are approaching Medicare for the first time, continuing to work beyond 65, reviewing existing coverage, or trying to make sense of an unexpected Medicare issue.

My approach is simple: Educate first. Listen carefully. Compare thoughtfully. Never pressure someone into a decision.

MY WHY

MY WHY

Long before Medicare became my profession, advocacy was simply part of who I was.

I have spent much of my life caring for people I love, asking questions when something didn’t make sense, searching for answers when the path forward wasn’t clear, and speaking up when someone needed a stronger voice in their corner.

Those experiences taught me how overwhelming healthcare can feel—especially when you are trying to understand complicated information while also making decisions that can affect your health, finances, and future.

When I became a Medicare broker, I brought that same advocacy mindset with me.

I don’t believe people should feel rushed, intimidated, or pressured when making Medicare decisions. I believe they deserve someone who will slow things down, explain the details, answer their questions, research what matters to them, and help them understand their options.

That is why education is at the heart of my practice.

It is why I ask about your doctors, prescriptions, healthcare needs, budget, and priorities before we ever begin comparing plans.

And it is why my relationship with my clients extends far beyond enrollment.

I want the people I serve to know they have someone in their corner.

MY APPROACH

MY APPROACH

EDUCATION FIRST

Understand Medicare before making decisions.

TRANSPARENCY

I believe you should understand what we are reviewing and why. We compare the information together so you can make an informed decision with confidence.

INDEPENDENCE

As an independent Medicare broker, I can evaluate options from multiple insurance carriers rather than representing only one company. The focus is on finding coverage appropriate for you—not fitting you into a particular plan.

Transparency in real time

SEE WHAT I SEE

A client-facing monitor lets you see exactly what I see as we compare your options together in real time. You can follow the details, ask questions, and make an informed decision with confidence.

ADVOCACY BEYOND ENROLLMENT

My relationship with clients does not end when an application is submitted.

Medicare questions happen throughout the year. Providers change. Bills arrive. Prescription issues happen. Life changes.

AEP ends. My service doesn’t.

YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER

YOU ARE NOT A NUMBER

You are my client — not a number.

My responsibility isn’t to make a decision for you. It is to give you the education, research, and support you need to make an informed decision with confidence.

I intentionally built my practice around personal relationships. I want to understand who you are, what matters to you, and what you need from me—not simply which Medicare plan you have.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR MEDICARE

PROFESSIONAL & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

PROFESSIONAL & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

My responsibility to clients includes staying engaged with the Medicare industry and the community I serve.

As a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), I remain connected to continuing education, industry developments, legislative issues, and advocacy efforts affecting Medicare beneficiaries and the professionals who serve them.

Through my involvement with the Olmsted Chamber of Commerce, I stay connected to local businesses, employers, community organizations, and the people who make Northeast Ohio home.

For me, professional involvement is another extension of advocacy: stay informed, stay connected, and use what I learn to better serve my clients and my community.

Whether you’re turning 65, continuing to work, already enrolled in Medicare, or simply trying to understand what comes next, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
